Harley Potter
I am a versatile Junior Game Designer who recently graduated with a First-Class BA (Hons) in Computer Games Design from the University of Portsmouth. While I have a strong foundation in environmental storytelling and spatial flow, my true passion lies in systemic architecture—translating complex theoretical mechanics into seamless, optimized gameplay.
With proficiency in both Unreal Engine 5 (Blueprints) and Unity (C#), I actively bridge the gap between design and engineering. My portfolio focuses on methodical iteration over guesswork, utilizing empirical data, custom mathematics, and metrics-based level design to build robust mechanics and engaging gameplay loops.
I am eager to join a collaborative studio where I can leverage my passion for rapid white-boxing, data-driven problem-solving, and technical implementation to craft immersive worlds and refine the player experience.
